is the chinese placement really happening?, page-7

PLT did successfully raise money through a placement, I agree.

And I am not disputing that.

If I were a shareholder I would be asking for that money back, however - the timing of the announcement of "OOOOOOPS BUT OUR SALES AREN"T WHAT WE SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE" was just a little too close in time to the close of the SPP I thought.

    It's just not cricket.

However, people don't usually sue over $5k, and the total is too small for a litigation funder to be bothered, but pretty poor form all the same.

IF PLT were now fully funded I would agree with you that the Chinese placement had been "replaced". As it is - when PLT looks at the options for their NEXT fund raising, they will have to look elsewhere than an SPP.

As for FER - sounds like you've gone cold on the deal and you would like PLT to remain independent.

Well - FER hasn't done anything wrong in the last little while either. I agree that it would be nice to see a nice big positive step towards successful commercialisation. That is what I am waiting for with them.
