From analysing the accounts fact is (the way I read it) is that yes the SPP replaced the dodgy Chinese placement BUT also if that $$$ did not come in either via a placement or SPP then PLT would be very close to being OUT of cash.

FER needs to do something but it has the luxury of time on its hands (until December on my best guesstimates).

FER has done nothing of late to make it worth taking over, that's the whole point, it is just for access to their cash because PLT IMO desparately needs to raise more money!
