No they are making an operational loss, the new ceo is very good in not telling us that, and they paid costs for southdown and some royalty payments..so there total loss is around AUD 5 mln.
Unfortunatelly they probably never see any money back from southdown because it will not get in production ever(dyor)
The 128$ average selling price suprised me on the up-side, and also did the cost of almost 130$, so they lost $2 per tonne pellets they shipped 563K = 1,1 mln loss
fantastic that we have 40% free float, our ceo is very happy so he is encouraging RGL to sell as much shares as possible..:-)
So what brings the future?, coming year if IO prices stay around this level maximum full year profit of around 25-30 mln. So that means a fair value at these levels imho.
And people are saying that on the ASX, companies are not valued correct..:-)
