Looking at the ANZ chart on the weeklys it's clear the sp continues to decend within a channel - recently bouncing off both a downtrend resistance and a downtrend support line (which corresponds with the 76.4Fib retracement). A death cross on the weekly should be formed within weeks.
While the stochastic continues to meander in the oversold, the MACD continues to moves lower since dc'ing in the overbought during 2Q15 - when combined a bearish signal. It recently almost dc'ed again - but in the oversold - a very bearish signal if the sp followed through which it did.
