I wouldn’t be too hung up on what happened in ETC mark one it’s a completely different company. Dykes is the only original director and I doubt he can operate independently from the board. I have not read one post on this board that provides a links between a company announcement/statement and a contradicting facts.

It’s true that the SP has suffered from the delay in the Malaysia contract and the and the unexplained increase in the Gas Tank revenue for 08/09. However, it think the level of hysteria (that’s not driven by humour associated with my posts) on this board has gone a little too far.

If this is a scam who wrote the $10m cheque. In your proposition that’s a circular payment that returns the original source, it would be traceable and have a audit path.
