Pa2000 & 20500: I am glad that this debate is now not going to be one sided and all should welcome a challenge to all our negative comments in the last weeks.
I would like to deal with all of your points;
1. Cash is coming in- FX Loss of 5.74 mil... OK why is an FX Loss of 11 mil been reported? In addition you report an outstanding balance of $18.93 mil, sounding like this is acceptable. Do you think after over 5 months this is acceptable and do you feel this amount is at high risk of default? If not, why not...
2. In terms of Ousia's posts many of us have confirmed that the characters behind the deals have dubious pasts. Many of the research was supplied with good evidence, not just hearsay like we see posted most of the time.
Please tell me what does Ousia have to gain from such a prolonged presence on this board. If you could supply better evidence than just restating what NBS Directors have said then you will have more support.
Do you really think that the Directors have not purposely mislead us in their statements in the last few months? Many of us have pointed out a dozen of past examples of misleading statements to gain a temporary price raise or for some other purpose.
It is simply not good enough for the CEO to state they have been disappointed in the progress of the malay project, only. As we all know he would have known that they would been likely to default in making this statement or at least high risk to do so. Plus he trys to indicate that all will work out then points to the great project in China. Now China looks likely not to pay the full amount owing.
At the very least they must make adjustments to their flawed financial report and make the appropriate Forex adjustments. Plus indicate the amounts that are at risk and give us a 'cash in bank' position. Without bs-ing us in it being this\that currency- like every other company state they have X in $US, X in $AUD currency, etc... They keep changing the rules and manipulating the financials,as they go along to try and cover up their mistakes...
Pls prove me wrong.
