I'm impressed by John Anderson who was the deputy under Howard I think. He is very articulate and has a good grounding in the arts to the sciences. Keating was good.

Bishop was pretty good, Steele Hall in SA a while ago and of course Menzies and the Labour PM during WW2. Cant remember his name--maybe Chifley.

Politicians with a Scottish background are also usually well educated and articulate as Scotland has an outstanding education system

Good politicians stand out from the likes of Christenson, Kelly and Pauline who mean well but lack the background education in the arts, history, economics and sciences.
