Bishop was efficient and a politician with some spirit as was Howard seemingly . But maybe that was largely due to Anderson's influence, Howard did tarnish himself imo, as a lap dog to the US led invasion of Iraq under false pretences. The health issue , and consequences, brought about by the sudden appearance of the sars 2 virus is similar in so many ways to the security issues and consequences, brought on by the events of 9/11.
That is a trend of sorts , negative influences on society not easily resolvable.
