Great insights Priadr, it is survival and this will either be the greatest comeback in decades or another tech flop. Rational thought and data would suggest buying a lotto ticket as the odds are better. They can't afford to lose premium customers, as you have shown they talk to each other and negative feedback on the "Vine" about a specialised HR tech product is terminal. The will need to rebrand the product or offer a lost leader (free) to regain trust. Both are not good for shareholders.
