I think the answer is simple: Everything is at rock bottom, from manganese to graphite to lithium ("no demand"*). Even rare earths are often still very far down on the chart (Havilah, Mandalay, Arafura, even Lynas has been much higher). At the bottom of the wave, there can hardly be any sustained chart price growth – except for a few spikes that are quickly sold off.

Yes, some miners are doing better than others, some have already doubled in price and are holding their level – but overall, it's all a joke. From my perspective – even if it sounds strange – everything is fine with EMN. Fundamentally, the project is wanted at a higher level, and that's what matters.

You just have to wait until the raw material herd starts moving again. That could be by the end of 2025 or 2027. It's tough if you've been waiting two or more years.

*The issue of no demand is a double-edged sword: on the one hand, that's true. But take Northern Gaphite, for example, the only flake graphite producer in North America. They've sold a lot of quantities recently, but the prices are simply ruined. China is dumping the price of everything. But that can change quickly and suddenly – for geopolitical reasons.
