So is the main concern or risk at the moment that we won't have enough customers in europe or the world to sell our product to, in which case that's surely just a timing issue that could change relatively quickly over the course of a year or two.

Kind of reminds me how ASX explorer stocks go up during an increase in material prices (e.g.gold), despite the explorer being many years away from mining and selling to the market. Surely people can anticipate the demand for battery-grade managense in europe will almost certainly be there by the time EMN is producing at scale.
