I guess the same question could be asked what if the resource turns out to be much greater than originally quoted - along with all the other prospects and targets in the area?
Do some research and you will see the numbers frequently used in the calcs of the costs are quite close to the money.
Oil is not expensive to recover with the POO at around 75$ - the all in costs have been bandied around on this forum many times by people willing to do research.
