if the judge decides to grand the injunction, then it mostly matters just what articles Lynas have cited...
if it's just that open letter to the PM, then the impact is pretty small (although it can be milked in the media as a win for Lynas)...
If, however, there are a large number of articles from the blog (note the plural in the original quote), then it could be major, including a quick haul back into courts if/when SLSM post every new article that Lynas finds offensive...
The 90 days is a pain... Mostly because I would like to see SLSM forced into a position of apologizing to Lynas or being in contempt of court...
Oh well.
