I think the deposit will be the next catalyst for a big movement and true re rate. I do not think the deposit is factored into this one. A lot of people sitting on the sidelines and from prior history expecting it to fall apart and be able to scoop up cheaper shares. Once the deposit is in and everything is confirmed we will see the scramble to take positions just like the Oct buy up.
