To demonstrate that the MEP MariSanTM technology is far in advance of any competitors
OPTUM has purchased a portable system that is capable of processing a throughput between
100,000 to 150,000 litres per day. The machine will be used to demonstrate its capabilities to
process black, gray and desalinate water, to prospective customers. The machine will be
housed in a purpose designed 40 ft container, mounted on a trailer and transported to the
various confirmed sites. The machine will be shipped to Brisbane and will arrive early March
2004. Trials will be conducted at different sites.
