No its not different...and even worse we are only an explorer.
Huge risk.....and buyer beware. We are in the top (or bottom) of the corruption index as a country, we have mandatory elections postponed and protests in the streets. You wouldn't touch this with a barge pole...unless you dyor and understand the risks and opportunities.
