Texas stripper wells have been know to have low production rates and that is an area that astute investors should be cautious on.
On Georgia which apparently is another unstable area is also going to be challenging.
On the Puntland Issue it seems the Farole Regime is on a collision cause with the head of Puntland Parliament and soon he might be Questioned on the recent signing in Djibouti Considering that Africa Oil et al have done nothing in Puntland since 2005.
The Clan Equation in Puntland also seems to have changed with the three largest clans(Omar Mohamud,Dhulbahante, and Warsangeli) abandoning the Farole Government and calling for a major Summit on the Puntland Crisis.The Dhulbahante and Warsengeli might join the breakaway republic of Somaliland.
The Federal Government Parliament also seems to have gained a three year extension courtesy of African Union and IGAD.
