    The company is clearly in a lot of trouble

    Board members not prepared to put their own money where their mouths are

    A so called great opportunity to invest in a project they recommended with shares at an all time low

    Something tells me the board members, who dont believe in the company with their own money, seriously cant expect anyone else to invest more

    Its only a matter of time, best outcome is for shares to drop further, have a takeover, and that company may know what they are doing and get rid of this incompetent board who dont even back their own decisions
