Matt, I'd even take a 3 FMG for 2 BRM deal. FMG with a market cap of $19bn+ and BRM less than 1bn a roughly similar share prices. Say WN own about 40% of BRM now, if that deal went through they'd only have roughly 2% of FMG. I like the sound of that, having them wiped off the top20 for good.
