    Because hopefully at that point anyone who has sold to WN will cancel their offer.

    Have to ask the question, why would you sell your shares cheap to WN when they will be worth $20+ in the very short term when the company is moving closer and closer to production.

    Have to question how FIRB / ASIC aren't all over this at the moment.
