I expect the GM will still be on as they probably still want the approval of the previous share issues.

Getting approval of the previous share issues allows them to exclude these issues from the 15% share issue placement maximum in 1 yr. Without this, once they hit the 15% cap in 1 year - every time they want to do a placement they would have to have a special SH meeting for approval.

That's the way I read it anyway.

Probably also reads that other placements to sophisticated investors will be on the cards at some time in the next year (otherwise why would they need to do this?)
