I agree they aren't falling over themselves picking them up until they're convinced of revenue, I'm not disagreeing with that part. What I am disagreeing with is they have plenty enough to have sold the volume from Friday if they wanted.
I'm one of the few whose said all along that institutions don't like money sitting idle.
Here's some examples in this post, it also tells of how our SP was well and truly over cooked for a longtime, I've been expressing that for a longtime.
