Parsifal has posted emails proving that she did not apply for a position on the board so it's impossible to have been rejected. It's not just Unsubstantiated information, but potentially even defamatory. I would suggest self moderation or you could be opening yourself up to legal issues should Parsifal pursue this.
An apology wouldn't go amiss either, if you're big enough.
