4938 this is all true as far as it goes. The issue that I have is that I am deep under water on this despite its huge potential. A decent short term hike in the sp gives me and people like me more heart to hold and the opportunity of cashing in some shares to keep going.
Being a purist is fine but it has practical limitations.
