    Is it feasable for the buyer to pay that much for the land?
    60-80mil for the land, what would the returns be? (must be worth it).
    If so now that the SPP has given the Co more working capital is it realy nessesary, would it be worth more to the Co to develop themselves?

    Maybe someone with more insight would like to comment...
