ADVANCED QUEENSLAND RARE EARTHS PROJECT
HIGHLIGHTS
• Acquires 147km2 EPM 28013 ‘Sandy Mitchell’ – an advanced Rare Earths Project in North
Queensland with additional 138km2 of sub blocks under application
• Very high historical TREO grades*
including high grade pan concentrates of:
o 18.4% TREO
o 17.4% TREO
o 15.8% TREO
o 15.3% TREO
o 12.3% TREO
o 9.4% TREO
o 4.7% TREO
o 3.3% TREO

• Extensive historical work undertaken by Jogmec in 2010 including particle mineral analysis
conducted, as well as pan concentrates and over ~100 augur drill holes completed by other
parties
• Project contains all critical Light Rare Earths as well as Heavy Rare Earths including dysprosium
(Dy), terbium (Tb), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm) ytterbium (Yb), yttrium (Y) and
excluding only Lutetium
• Rare Earths at ‘Sandy Mitchell’ are amenable to panning a concentrate (refer Table 1);
Planned low-cost, fast start up, straightforward beneficiation by gravity processing
• Forward works program includes:
o Compile and review of extensive historical data including drilling data and pan concentrates
to rapidly define a Historical Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) under the 2012 JORC code
o Undertake extensive pan concentrate sampling program around identified historical high
grade concentrates and infill augur drilling
o Application for Mining Licence
• Acquisition is in line with AHK’s strategy of securing and developing a portfolio of resources
projects throughout Queensland that can be developed for relatively limited capex and have
simple processing
