Maybe jake is right, maybe this has been an ongoing discussion that they had with VueKlar, and it's just that they MUST disclose to the market and just happened to sign this during the CR, so it could be bad timing.
And whatever they are CR-ing for, this acquisition may not have an affect on? It could just happen that 2 separate projects crossed paths?
