Not sure you have done your research properly on this one.
The successful suing and payment of $40m USD most certainly does not complete the purchase.
An additional $40m USD is due at a later date(based on tonnage) to "complete the purchase"
I refer you to the companies records as this is clearly stated.
Total cost almost 4 x what they paid for 65% of Solid energy.
SE was an exceptional buy in comparison this one is not.
But another good example of the indifferent board BRL have.
