The Company’s guidance is based upon the premise that the ASX and ASIC enquiries and ongoing suspension do not affect customer and partner confidence, and do not continue to divert senior management attention from the operation.
The way I read that is that the company is flagging that investigations are currently diverting the senior managements attention and they may miss guidance if it can't be wrapped up in the short term.
The quote in the article posted by Green Hornet (https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/41056215/single) is:
In a bid to reassure shareholders, the company said on Thursday the ongoing investigations “do not continue to divert senior management attention from the operation”.
