My bad. ASIC can. If a company doesn’t respond to a compliance notice or play their annual review fee. Personally I don’t entertain the idea of the company delisting. That’s something we have no control over. I also don’t focus on price momentum because that’s something I don’t have control over either. I just focus on whether there is business momentum or not and whether there is favourable trends that supports that momentum.
