Assuming that the NBN is built, whether or not a deal is struck with TLS, all the retailers using it would be able to offer telecommunication packages to the end user..
Does it not then stand to reason that the USO obligation should be shared by all the retailers, including TLS??
If The NBN is not built, then the USO stays with TLS.. If this is the case, I think that the current regulations on this are clear and stringent enough..
