I know that. But in my scenario the calculations are also correct for a sudden jump in price.
This is a startup. They are in the whole 'milk to china' ordeal. The market cap is only $170M after a capital raising of $130M. If this company starts hitting targets and proving to be a success then you can expect a much higher valuation very quickly which will trigger huge performance fees relative to All Ords.
I am not debating anymore.
This company will be trading closer towards book value soon unless they can pump the price. Ignore me all you want but don't ignore the market. The post IPO hype is over.
