I just don't get why he thinks it's the worst thing in the world to align managements interests with ours to see the share price rise. Grow the company. Expand the crap out of it into China. Market us! I hope they lock more deals!

So sexton and other management get rich? Okay..drag me along for the ride. I don't care. I won't be jealous of sexton and managements success. I'll get my money and move onto the next play. At least I know that while holding this company they will do their hardest to get the share price and the growth of the company moving forward.
