Hi Jordan, I'm unclear regarding the calculation of the performance fee. It is calculated twice a year - but are the calculated amounts that are assessed twice a year both paid, or are the two amounts averaged? In other words, if the share price is still 48c on 30 June, would the fee be ~$28 million for the full year rather than ~$14 million? Thanks.
