is the news good or not

No I am not trying to be funny and yes I am actualLy giving you a study task......LOL
For the old seasoned traders who know it all( I am not one of them) and I know you aren't either, you may have read my motto "Be Prepared".......well for all of you old scouts or guides out there, who might not know it all and who are new to hot copper or to owning shares ( and plenty are),I'd like to direct you to a site on the asx that might help you understand the Gondwana report when the two of them are released to the market sometime this month.

The reports are supposedto be on the gold results and the iron ore results and there will also be the halfyearly report fullof technical stuff. When the info is release the stock willprobably go into a trading halt for 10 minutes, which allows about 5 minutes for the news to go from red to green on your screen and then just 5 minutes to read probably 5 pages of info and maps. Best to Be Prepared ?

The asx site I am suggesting you allocate some time to read called " reading mining company reports" will also help you read the previous GDA ( or any mining company for that mater) announcements to do with tenements and what they do or don't have and might have, so that you can make up your own mind if it's good news or not.

If you are, like me, wantng to "Be Prepared" ( and 2008 is officially "the year of the scout" to recognise 100 years of australian scouting), try this web address at the asx which will tell you a lot about what the various types of resource classifications are and what the technical terms tell you if some of it currently sounds like double dutch.
