Just look at their past history.

They always change the focus of attention and never deliver on any project. Get vastly over paid and have done nothing but destroy shareholder value year after year. Who in their right mind would support them?

I note the board are participating in the rights issue. Normally in such instances, it says the board are taking up there full entitlement, not here, which makes you wonder.

Clean out the board.
