I don't know much about PTR except they got lots of grants and I'm not inclined to do research on them.
On general principles
a)if their grants can deliver the majority of their project, they may do well but the Tax payer has paid a premium
b) I remember someone saying they were up against diesel because of their location so they could do well if that's true
Indonesia (PAX), Vanuatu (KEN), Chile (HRL), Africa and Argentina (EHR), Iceland (WAS) all seem better prospects. Isolated projects in Australia may work - eg Hutton.
It is global warming after all so its seems prudent to pick your fights from a global selection.
