No news flow means drifting lower as some marginal sellers need to cash out. Patience remains the key here - all it needs is some update from SA (or at least the company) and people will get back behind the story - because its a massive one. What other company the size of CEL is going to have such strategic ground in an energy constrained country, with neighbours such as Shell and Falcon (Chevron) - who have already committed massive capital to development (shell $200m).
Also worth remembering that from mid Dec to mid Jan last year it ran from 6.7c to 11.5c on no news...just because a little bit of volume wanted to get set. As it stands there's only about 950k shares before 9.5c.
Now capped at $22m - what a joke
