Extension of Buy-Back Offer closing date to Friday 27 April 2018
The Board of Asset Resolution Limited (ASS) have extended the Buy-back Offer closing date from 20
April 2018 to 27 April 2018. The new deadline is following a number of Shareholders’ requests for more
time to complete return their Buy Back Invitation Form.

ASS is currently owed approximately $204 million by Octaviar Limited (formerly MFS Limited) and
approximately $137 million by Octaviar Administration Pty Ltd (formerly MFS Administration Pty Ltd).
ASS received a distribution during the course of December 2018 of $1,467,197. Since the lodgment of
the Buy back Offer receiving a second dividend of $547,743.54.
The amount and timing of any further distributions is not known. If ASS receives notification that a
further dividend will be issued, the Company will release the details on the NSX and on www.arlimited.com.au.
