Many of the directors of the property funds that went bust in 2008 are dead or have become bankrupt. Claims against their estates or insurance companies often hit dead ends.

Before subscribing to SR Group I would want to know the financial status of all directors to see if they have any assets. Going to ASIC is a waste of time as previously demonstrated. It does not have investor interest at heart.
