I think you have to look at how the ownership has changed - I don't think that many who bought at 34c are still there and if they are they just can't be bothered selling.

In the last 5 months there has been 1 new owner of 10%, another with 8.3% another with 5.3% and another with 4.9%. I can assure you there are others associated with at least 2 of the above that have another 2-5% so total ne ownership is at least 30%. I realise that leaves plenty but there an not too many biotech speccies that can can claim people have been collecting them rather than dumping. And for those who want to look at the chart and say it hasn't helped bear in mind that none of those new owners have paid over 15c and most were at around 11-12c and still buying.
