Jen - I hope that wasn't a swipe at me for ramping - I try pretty hard to put info, facts and observations up - I agree some are over enthusiastic but I never put up crap like wooosh and 'get on board' toot toot etc.

It would be very nice to have you on board the good ship PRR and your timing will be exquisite no doubt!
Being more chart minded I would appreciate your critique of a mate of mine who looked at it for me (he does not own any) - he seemed to think we will get an early signal of a move if it trades above 10.5c (said that would signal a false break down) for shorter term traders and longer termers would wait for confirmation above 13c for a much bigger move (he said 90% chance of above 20c, 80% chance of above 30c and 50% chance of all the way back to the highs).
