If Trump cuts taxes, imposes tariffs and expells the illegals it will be so inflationary that the necessary rise in interest rates will tip the US into recession. A populist like Trup will do anything to aviod that, so evasive back peddling on policy is coming soon....
He's going to try and get the Chinese to make EV's/vehicles in the US like the Japanese do and aviod tariffs. The threat of tariffs is a bluff to twist the arm of the Chinese......who's economy is on its knees....by the way.
