You will always find a lot of people jump on to sell once it breaks through a higher price. There has been some big selling at 0.019, but more importantly it isn't deterring the market greatly, as there is still strong support.
The sellers sold down the 19 queue, but the buyers are bringing it back up from 0, indicating that there is still a LOT of interest at 0.019 / 0.02
I anticipate that the big sales will probably slow up quite considerably as they realise the price isn't about to dive down and is looking more likely to go up.
The announcements / positive outlook have been accumulating, and I personally believe what we are seeing now is the start of a big upward push.
The last couple of sales have been at 0.0195 in the ASX with a CXXT which I believe is when the buyer is offering 0.02 but the sellers in the CXA are selling at 0.019, don't quote me on this as I am still figuring it out, but from personal experience this is what I have noted. So if the market is willing to pay 0.02 and the buy at 0.019 is creeping back up we might see more 0.02 sales this afternoon.
