Well we are all smart aren't we & have accumulated !
I think you will find Blue Sky that there are plenty of retail investors out there willing to punt a lot more than $26k on a spec stock.
But to answer your question i think YES the smart money has been accumulating for a while now. Especially after it was knocked down to fire sale prices as low as $0.05 Unbelievable !
Looks like we are about to get some more drilling results. Price seems to be running hard this afternoon.
