You missed one vital detail from John's report which proves beyond doubt he was killed and died. John said he was speared in the side and out came blood and water and he emphasized that point.
That detail proves his death because the only way blood and water could come out is if free blood had accumulated in his chest, in his pericardium. In the Blood that pools there the red blood cells settle leaving free serum, (water), as well. Once the chest was pierced out came the settled red blood cells and the serum. How did the blood get out of the blood system? The best answer is that his heart broke releasing thhe blood.
Muslims believe as you do, Jesus did not die. Did you get it from there?
With regard to you MrGordon, you did not address my question about Jesus. Did his soul disappear when he breathed his last, and what about his divinity at that moment?
