Octain, I agree 100%.
- Worst of the write downs (if not all) have passed.
- Leased rate is improving.
- No asset sales at distressed prices.
- Lenders seem to be working with us on extending debt facilities.
The only negative is that there has been a decrease of 10% in the weighted average rental on new & renewed leases.
