is the sp really that bad?

All this talk about how the SP is so bad it's making my head spin.

The number of shares on issue is 3,440,515,431 taken from the Annual Report as of 30 June 2011.

BILLIONS!!!

Most producing gold companies would have around 300 million to 400 million on issue I would think.

Now I do not know what has been issued since the end of June, probably a ship load, what with CRE and all that.

Now if we fully dilute and add all the options of which I have no idea how many of them there are, and I am too bloody lazy to work it out, then that all ads up to around A LOT!!.

Let's just say 4,000,000,000 to save my head from having to do much work.

If, for the sake of the exercise we take the normal gold company as having 400,000,000 shares and we divide that into 4,000,000,000 we get, eerrrrrrrrrrr, counting fingers, eerrrrrrrr, yeah 10. Lucky it was 10 as I had run out of fingers.

Now let's multiply the share price by 10 and what do we get?
61 CENTS.

We know that FML have a few issues regarding TI and CRE that I personally think will prove to be company making in the long run, but hey, I can understand that the market with all its problems at the moment is concerned about them, then given all this is a share price of 61 cents all that bad when compared on even terms with it's peers?

Just a thought.
