Hi all, i've been house buying lately and there is a reality there,no matter what someone paid last year for the property,if this year,the market says its worth less,it is.
What it's true value is,is considerably different.You consider 10 houses on a ridge with essentially the same position and outlook,the same market worth,yet one is designed and protected from prevailing winds,so much so you can open most of the doors onto the deck in the driving rain and sit totally protected.An amazing experience.
Yet the market says it's worth the same as the others and less than last year.
Why argue if your a buyer and do you really care if your a holder and see it's value daily.
Shares,houses,groceries,they're all the same.If they're cheaper than normal you buy,if dearer,you become tempted to not buy or to sell and move on.In the case of groceries you eat other cheaper items.
Do you spend your life bleating about it- like a stuck pig- LIFES TOO SHORT.
