    I agree somewhat but if you short enough SPPs that are trading at a significant premium then I can guarantee you will end up on top (obviously entires and exits are important though)

    Although a pullback is highly likely the catch is there will always be one or two positive Ann's in between SPP Ann and closure date - from my own experience these are usually P n D events to benefit those in the know only and the sp quickly reverts back to pushing down toward SPP level (unless they are right before closure date and then the pump will stay until everyone has their orders locked - what comes after depends on the stock)

    I'm not suggesting this will happen here but I've seen it enough to expect it.

    If those Ann's came I'd happily short again but my strategy is my own and certainly not advice.
